Are your products safe for children?
Yes! All our products are carefully selected to be safe for children. We use nickel-free, hypoallergenic materials that are gentle on young, sensitive skin.
Do you test your jewelry for lead and other harmful substances?
Absolutely. All our jewelry meets UK and EU safety standards and is regularly tested to ensure it's free from lead, cadmium, and other harmful materials.

What age do you pierce ears?
We welcome clients of all ages! For children under 16, we require parental consent and the parent must be present during the piercing.
Do I need an appointment for ear piercing?
We highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability. However, we do accept walk-ins when our schedule permits. Contact us at yaeli.earpiercing@gmail.com to book.
What piercing method do you use?
We use modern, sterile piercing equipment that's safe and virtually painless. All equipment is single-use and disposed of after each piercing.
How much does ear piercing cost?
Pricing varies depending on the type of piercing and jewelry selected. Please contact us for current pricing or visit our store for a consultation.
What aftercare is required?
We provide detailed aftercare instructions after every piercing. Generally, you'll need to clean the piercing twice daily with saline solution for 6-8 weeks and avoid removing the jewelry during healing.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £30 within the UK.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We're working on expanding our international shipping options - stay tuned!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Is it safe to order from your website?

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unworn items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn.
How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for you.
